From North of Birmingham:

Take Interstate 65 going south.  When approaching downtown and just after the I-20/I-59 interchange, merge right and take the 6th Avenue North exit.  Sixth Avenue is at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Make a right turn on 6th Avenue and continue west to 3rd Street.  At 3rd Street make a left turn and continue south for three blocks.  Saint Paul will be on the left.  

Or 

Take Interstate 65 going south.  When approaching downtown and just after the I-20/I-59 interchange, merge right and take the 6th Avenue North exit.  After taking the 6th Avenue North exit, continue south two blocks to 4th Avenue.  At 4th Avenue, make a right turn and continue to 3rd Street North.   At 3rd Street North make a right turn.  Saint Paul will be in the next block on the right.

From South of Birmingham:

Take Interstate 65 going north.  When approaching downtown and before the I-20/I-59 interchange, take the Third Avenue exit.  Third Avenue is at the bottom of the exit ramp.  Continue north to the next street (Fourth Avenue).  Make a left turn and continue to 3rd Street North.  At 3rd Street North make a right turn.  Saint Paul will be in the next block on the right.

From East of Birmingham:

Take I-20/I-59 west. Downtown take the 22nd Street exit and make a left turn at 22nd Street going south.  At 6th Avenue north make a right turn going west and come to Third Street North.  At Third Street make a left turn and go two blocks south.  Saint Paul will be on the left.  Or:  After taking the 22nd Street exit  make a left turn at 22nd Street going south.  At 4th Avenue North make a right turn going west and come to Third Street North.  At Third Street make a right turn and go one block north.  Saint Paul will be on the right.

From West of Birmingham:

Take I-20/I-59 going east.  At the I-65 interchange, take a right going south.  Stay in the right lane and take the first exit (6th Avenue North).  At 6th Avenue North make a right turn going west and come to Third Street North.  At Third Street make a left turn and go two blocks south.  Saint Paul will be on the left.

From Downtown:

Take Sixth Avenue North going west. At Third Street, make a left turn. Go three blocks.  St. Paul will be on the left. 

Or 

Take Fourth Avenue going west. At Third Street North, make a right turn.  Go one block.  St.Paul will be on the right.
